This explains what Bumper Balls, run by [OWNER NAME OR COMPANY] at [WEBSITE ADDRESS], collects and why. Contact: [CONTACT EMAIL].
What we collect
- Sign-in. If you sign in, Privy handles it with your email address or Google account and creates a game wallet for you. Privy shares your wallet address with us. See Privy's privacy policy.
- Your game profile. Linked to your wallet address, we store your username, wins, losses and ETH won. They show on the leaderboard and to other players.
- While you play. Your controls, nickname, ball skin and IP address reach our game server so it can run the match and limit abuse. We don't keep a record of your controls after the match.
- Server logs. Our host, [HOSTING PROVIDER, E.G. RENDER], may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and request times, for a short time.
- In your browser. The game saves your nickname, skin, sound setting, bet choices, a sign-in session and a list of your recent matches in your browser's local storage. Clearing your browser data removes them. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
The blockchain is public
Paid matches happen on Robinhood Chain. Your wallet address, entries, winnings and refunds are recorded there publicly and permanently. Nobody, including us, can delete them.
Why we use it
To run the game and paid matches, show usernames and the leaderboard, prevent cheating and abuse, and keep the service working. We don't sell your information.
Who we share it with
Privy (sign-in and wallets), our hosting provider, and the blockchain network. We may also share it when the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
Your game profile is kept while the game runs, or until you ask us to delete it. Blockchain records can't be deleted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct or delete your information. Email [CONTACT EMAIL] and we'll help. To delete your Privy account, contact Privy.
Children
Paid play is for adults only. Free play doesn't need an account. We don't knowingly collect information from children under [13 OR 16, DEPENDING ON YOUR COUNTRY].
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
